Frances joined the Corporation of Lloyd’s in 1984, where she gained experience in all aspects of Lloyd’s membership requirements, distribution, auctions, solvency, new central fund and the Lloyd’s Ombudsman’s office. During her time with the Corporation of Lloyd’s, Frances also spent 10 years working full time for a Lloyd’s Members’ Agent under the terms of an outsourcing arrangement.
Upon leaving the Corporation of Lloyd’s, she joined ICP as a consultant in October 2018 to provide compliance and company secretarial support.

Carl Steventon has over thirty years of experience in London Market insurance, initially trained as a Casualty Underwriter in the Company Market, before moving to the role of Underwriting Director at Willis. Carl joined the Lloyds Corporation Underwriting Performance team during the remediation exercise before moving to Asta as Head of Underwriting Performance. He joined ICP as a consultant in 2024 to assist with Syndicate Analysis.

Colin Gilbert BA (Hons) has worked in the Lloyd's market since 1978, with 5 years up to 2019 in the Syndicate Underwriting Performance team during the initiation of some diffcult intitatives such as the decile ten process, and Class of business remediation, notably of the Marine classes.
Colins range of experience spans Claims and Outwards Reinsurance manager at Kellett 994 syndicate, deputy Active underwriter at Crowe in reinsurance classes such as, Aviation, Satellite, A&H and General Aviation where he led business notably in the A&H classes.
He also formed Chaucer Consortium Underwriting and Consultancy companies specialising in Premium and loss modelling whilst also setting up binders, and a brokerage.
He holds a degree in Banking, Insurance and Risk Management as well as achieving the ACII.

Emma Birks has been with ICP since its formation out of the Christie Brockbank Shipton agency which she had joined in August 1998. Emma’s roles include liaising with investors, Lloyd’s, accountants and investment managers as well as general office administration.
